All students in the PSSA Maitland Zone have the opportunity to represent us in a wide variety of sports.
Zone Carnivals are held annually for:
- Athletics,
- Cross Country, and
- Swimming
Trials for zone teams are held for the following sports:
- AFL
- Basketball
- Cricket - boys
- Netball
- Rugby League
- Rugby Union
- Soccer (Football)
- Tennis
- Touch Football
Because of the lack of numbers to make a zone team in some sports, individual schools are responsible for ensuring students attend Hunter regional trials directly. The sports are:
- Cricket - Girls
- Diving
- Golf
- Hockey
- Orienteering
- Rugby Union 7s - Girls
- Softball
